OUGD505 - Studio Brief 1 - Licence To Print - Tron Legacy Research

The neon lighting involved within this design explores an idea of what the future could possibly end up looking like. Once earth resources are completely used up we'll have to find other ways of fueling life. 

The energy beams used in this film would be a possible feature that would only require one power source.

Hologram visuals are also something we're currently looking into. 3D human figures, screens etc. To merge contactless, energy, holograms and finger recognition would be an ideal outcome of our futuristic Money. 

Tron Legacy - Watching Tron gave me an overall visual of how I wanted to construct my concept, the shape and colour used within is something I'm interested in applying to the development. 

The Neon blue in the film is to create a futuristic aura which also communicates energy. These features will be applied to my development stage as my Concept Is mainly to do with using a source of energy to pay for items rather than earth resources 

Shape within Tron is something I had a high interest in, its geometric style is something which is applied to most my designs.

When looking into futuristic interfaces they usually consist of just shape and movement. So to consider using the shape in development would best communicate the futuristic aura within my concept.

The digital like typography used within Tron is something I'll consider, It's particular style is something that will complement the futuristic look that I'm going for.
